Beyond...

The world is in search of something bigger. They are in search of something greater than themselves, of something beyond themselves. The new generation wants hope for the world. This new generation wants peace. This generation desires to see the poor have money, the homeless have shelter, the starving have food, the impoverished have much. This generation wants true equality for all. This generation wants to move beyond its own consumerism. These young people want to go beyond the reaches of their parents and change the world in a way that is significant beyond measure. This generation longs to be equipped to change the world. They long for the resources to make a difference that is seen. This generation wants real love. This generation cares about people. This generation wants to see global warming ceased and the environment protected. This generation wants to preserve the world and the lives of people. This generation is about to come to power. This generation is full of potential. This generation may impact the entirety of the world - U.S. to Africa to Asia to Europe to Australia to the Americas. I am a part of this generation. Join us as we pursue the betterment of the world. Join us as we dream big. Despite our longings, we still feel the reality that… We are still messed up. We are still broken. We are still impure. We are still in need of a Savior, of something beyond us to come in and rescue us. We long to change things around us, but we ourselves are in need of transformation. We are desperate for truth. Desperate for something beyond ourselves to equip us, to empower us, to have an incredible positive impact upon the world around us. We will persevere. We will be agents of change. For we are seeking, and we shall discover. May God rule in our hearts.
